OVERVIEW
Gentle, resolute, resourceful, talkative and prideful.
ABOUT
Wuku Warigagung takes its name from the sixth child of Prabu Watugunung and Dewi Sinta. Interestingly, considering the timing of Dewi Sinta's pregnancies, Wariagung is counted as the third-born, being a twin with his brother Raden Warigalit.
In Bali, Wuku Warigagung is known as Warigadean, and its characteristics align closely with those of Java. People born under Wuku Warigagung are under the protection of Batara Maharesi, whose persona is mirrored in the traits, temperament, and fortunes of those born in this Wuku according to Javanese primbon texts.
Though little is mentioned about Batara Maharesi in wayang stories, one source describes him as the guardian of the wukus. Those born in Wuku Warigagung exhibit a gentle demeanor, yet beneath this lies a strong will. Known for their strong character and decisiveness, they are exceptionally diligent in pursuing their goals.
Their resolve and quick mindedness contribute to their success in work. However, despite their talents, people born under Wuku Warigadean often face numerous burdens, particularly in youth, which results in modest fortunes. True happiness tends to blossom later in life, and they are generally reserved in sharing their wealth.
With a polite and friendly approach, they earn respect and exude a calm authority. Their charm and courteous nature make them easy to befriend, and their gentle, persuasive words are often heeded. However, their temper can be fierce if provoked, cautioning others against taking their warmth for granted.
Resourceful and skilled at earning a living, their sincerity can sometimes feel ambivalent. They keep their promises but, in anger, can become quite intimidating. Their weaknesses include a tendency toward pride, verbosity, and sometimes grandiose language.
When interacting with someone born in Wuku Warigagung, their patience and slight pride are apparent. Once they start talking, they may say quite a lot, and this skill, combined with their patience, serves them well in their professional pursuits.
