    Zi Wei Dou Shu features 12 houses, similar to Western and Vedic Astrology, with the placement of each house determined by the hour of birth.

    Exploring the 12 houses and their meanings reveals various aspects of life, from self and appearance to career and legacy. Each house summarizes a unique area of experience, influencing our journey through life.


    HOUSE 1: LIFE OR SELF

    The Life House reflects your innate traits, physical appearance, and potential. It is of paramount importance as it influences the assessment of your fate in conjunction with the Wealth House (5), Travel House (7), Career House (9), and Mental House (11).


    HOUSE 2: SIBLINGS

    The SiblingS House is associated with your siblings, their personalities, and your relationship with them. It also pertains to your colleagues, individuals younger than you, and your savings. 


    HOUSE 3: SPOUSE

    The Spouse House is associated with your partner, marital life, love affairs, your disposition towards your partner, your partner personalities, and international trade.


    HOUSE 4: CHILDREN

    The Children House is related to your children and their personalities. It is also associated with your savings, the fostering of partnerships, subordinates and projects.


    HOUSE 5: WEALTH

    This house is a source of income relates to your connection with money and also your marriage relationship.

    In the context of these 12 houses, numbers 1, 5, and 9 hold the greatest significance in a chart as they symbolize the self, wealth, and career respectively.

    House 1, or the Life House, symbolizes your personal traits and abilities, which can influence your financial prosperity (House 5) through your chosen career path (House 9).
